Martin Kwitschau

CEO, COO

Martin Kwitschau has been a driving force in the audiovisual industry since 1984. His enhancements and refinements of the original in-hotel stand-alone audiovisual office concept—by introducing technology, team member training, and a focus on revenue maximization—are now the industry standard. Through aggressive internal growth and two significant acquisitions, Mr. Kwitschau built his company, Presentation Services, into the largest, most successful hotel audiovisual company in the United States. Through the disposition of Presentation Services in 1997 and subsequent events, Mr. Kwitschau continued as President and CEO of Presentation Services (then a division of Caribiner International) where he was responsible with Eddy Eisenberg, the company's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, for the overall integration, branding and successful operation of seven audiovisual companies with over 600 hotels and $300M in annual sales. In 1999, Mr. Kwitschau left Caribiner to start AVT Event Technologies, whose mission is to be recognized as the only hospitality technology enterprise that provides premium quality in-house services and technology solutions to key hotel partners. Currently, Hospitality Partners services fifteen hotels in the United States and Europe. Mr. Kwitschau has a proven track record in providing solid returns while maintaining consistently high-quality products and services to the hotel industry. His established relationships with Hoteliers and his consistent drive for premium quality continue to foster demand for his commitment to excellence. During his career, Mr. Kwitschau has remained on the cutting edge of technology in all aspects of operations and administration as well as developing new products and services to offer to hotels and group meeting guests.

Stuart Silver

President

Stuart Silver serves as President of AVT Event Technologies. In this role, Silver is responsible for leading the organization in its mission to deliver exceptional service and add value to relationships with its hospitality partners. Since founding United States Audio-Visuals (USAV) on Hilton Head Island in 1974, Mr. Silver has been a pioneer and national leader in the audiovisual industry. USAV was one of the first companies to provide exclusive in-hotel services to the hospitality industry in hotels, resorts, convention and conference centers. His focus and emphasis on quality service and client support allowed him to rapidly expand operations around the country. His prior experience as an Army Infantry Officer and Television Producer/Director at Ft. Benning, Georgia enabled him to incorporate video technologies into meetings and events from the earliest years of USAV. USAV was acquired by Presentation Services in 1994. Mr. Silver remained with Presentation Services—through acquisitions by VAH/Caribiner/AVSC—until 2002, serving as a Senior Vice President. His area of focus was national business development and managing client relationships. His knowledge of both AV and hospitality industries, his focus on dedication to customer service and support, and his passion for quality have enabled him to remain successful in a very competitive marketplace for more than 30 thirty years. The Reunion with Martin Kwitschau and Eddy Eisenberg brings together industry executives who are proven performers.
Their focus—and that of every AVT team member—continues to be providing exceptional service and advanced technology solutions, while generating significant revenues to share with their
hospitality partners.
